This Sexual Life: Better Sex Is Possible

Like fine wines and other intoxicating beverages, sex gets better with age and experience. If you're unhappy with your current sexual life, better sex will eventually come to you through practice, practice, practice. But if you are having pain, dryness or an erectile dysfunction that's interfering with your sexual life, better sex could yours if you see your doctor.

The Body's Priorities

Like fine wines and other intoxicating beverages, sex gets better with age and experience.Although you may place a high priority over the quality of your sexual life, better sex is not a very high priority to your body. The body is far more concerned about pumping blood, breathing in and out and digesting food. If there is a problem with your health, one of the first signs of this is shown in a deterioration of your sexual life. Better sex doesn't only seem impossible, but almost undesirable because your body just isn't responding. For example, a problem with blood pressure or a sudden gain in weight can lead to impotence.

If your body normally performs great in bed and suddenly doesn't, this is big neon warning sign that you need a doctor's examination. Your body is most likely fighting an illness or other medical condition that is taking energy away from your sexual organs. Only by getting the results of that examination and a treatment for that illness can you hope to get back to basics in bed.

Quality Over Quantity

Quantity over qualityDespite what you may hear others say, there isn't anything normal about the number of times you have sex. Sure, there are highly publicized results of studies and surveys of couples that talk quite a bit about the average number of times a couple makes love in a week, a month or a year, but those couples have nothing to do with you and your partner. Another step to a better sexual life and better sex is not to worry about how often you make love.

Be Open To Learning New Things

Knowledge is power You can be a much better lover by directly asking your partner how they like to be touched. They may be shy or just don't know. In that case, watch them as they masturbate. This will teach you very effectively how and where they like to be touched.

If your partner does not know how to masturbate, then this is a great learning experience for the both of you. It can also be a lot of fun for both of you.
